Goal Setting

This workshop is geared towards finding out exactly where you want to be and how you can improve any aspect of your life- whether in your personal or professional ambitions. You will have the opportunity to consider what the vital ingredients are for your success. By the end of the workshop, every participant will have a mind map that shows how you can progress and a clear idea of what you would like to work towards.

Achieving Your Goals

Once you have set your goals and decided what you would like to achieve, the next stage is doing it! This workshop helps you to find the motivation you need to follow your unique action plan and achieve your goals. Every session starts with a deep consideration of your goals and whether they are congruent with your personal values – if your goals do not fit with who you really are, you will experience more challenges and roadblocks, and ultimately find reasons not to achieve them. Once we know that your goals are a good fit with both your identity and lifestyle, we take them apart to create a manageable timeline and action plan to achieve your dreams.

Stress Management

Stress is part of daily life for a huge number of people, but it doesn’t have to be. You can learn to deal with stress through awareness, understanding of your specific triggers, and thinking errors – once you have discovered this information, you can find ways to overcome stress before it even manifests itself. There is no ‘one size fits all’ approach – every participant will develop a personal strategy during this workshop to eliminate negative stress and use positive stress as a driving force.

Managing Change

Change is inevitable, so it is important to be able to cope with all of the changes that life may send your way and to work around them, rather than resisting change. Massive changes such as redundancy, promotion, relocation, or changes in status (like becoming a parent, breaking up with a long-term partner, or returning to work after a long absence) all affect our confidence and can have a huge impact on our identity. At this workshop, we cover the changes you may be experiencing and the different stages you must go through to accept and thrive during these changes. You will take time to reflect, progress, and move on with the knowledge that you will be ok and you have the skills and ability to cope with whatever life throws your way.

Building Confidence

Everybody experiences ups and downs, but the way that you experience them is closely connected with your personal confidence. Whether you feel on top of the world or would like to hide away impacts how you see challenges in your life and even how you view opportunities, This workshop helps you learn about yourself and understand your depths – you will gather facts about who you really are and create a system that you can use to boost your confidence when you need it. True confidence is not a mask, and you do not need to ‘fake it ’til you make it’ – you have true inner confidence that you can tap into at any time. You just need to discover it.

Team Building

For any team to work together successfully, it needs to work as more than a sum of its parts. You need a common goal, direction, and purpose – for team members to cooperate properly, you need even more than that. This workshop helps your team address your values as a group and the personal values of each team member. Knowing each other’s strengths and weaknesses can help you to all progress and gain a better understanding of how to support each other.


Using the Coaching Salutogenic Model – Salus=health (Latin), Genesis=origin (Greek) we address the issues of wellbeing at this workshop. Researching the range of available tools and techniques, by the end of this workshop each participant will develop the personal coping strategy how to stay resilient in time of adversity.
