no I am not going to dissect love like a frog in the laboratory but why it is important to cultivate love.

For you to function in the best possible mode, you have to be feeling excitement, vitality, to be able to grow.
You can survive without it … but if you are under stress, for example, chronic inhibition of growth mechanisms severely compromises your vitality. To fully thrive, we must not only eliminate the stressors but also actively seek joyful, loving, fulfilling lives that stimulate growth processes.

So love somebody… people, cats, plants….there is ocean of everything…and ocean of Your Love too….
